Cancellation Policy
At Sketch & Stitch, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your Order ID as soon as possible through our website’s contact page or official support email.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Customised or personalised products.
- Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotional events (unless required by applicable law).
- International orders after dispatch.
Order Cancellation by Sketch & Stitch
In rare situations, Sketch & Stitch reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or technical errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
